Today I am sharing a smoothie recipe from Kyla of Three Quarters Full. It certainly sounds delicious and I will be making next week as soon as I make some lemon curd!
Banana, Blueberry & Lemon Smoothie
1 (frozen) Banana
1 cup Organic Frozen Blueberries
1-2 teaspoons Lemon Curd
Soy Milk (milk would be fine really) just pour it in as it blends until it reaches drinking consistency
Chia (1 tsp)
Jalna Vanilla Yoghurt (1-2 tbs)
Simply blitz in a blender and enjoy.
