This morning all I knew was that I wanted a greenish smoothie with oranges. We seem to have a load of oranges in need of being used so using them in a smoothie seemed like a wise decision.
I also added a banana for some sweetness.
1 orange (peeled)
1 green apple (quartered)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 table spoon of Chia seeds
1 table spoon of Linseed
enough milk to get it to your desired consistency.
