Spinach, Banana and Strawberry Smoothie
1 cup Spinach
1 cup frozen Strawberries
1tbl Maple Syrup
1tsp Chia Seeds
1tsp Linseed Meal
1 cup Milk
Blitz in blender and enjoy!
