Day 7: Green Peanut Butter Smoothie

Today, I have for you another Peanut Butter smoothie, but this time it's GREEN! And even more delicious than yesterday!

Green Peanut Butter Smoothie


Ingredients:


2 handfuls of spinach
1 banana
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tsp flaxseed (linseed meal)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 1/2 cup  milk of your choice



 Blitz in the blender and enjoy!

  1. Yum! I love green smoothies! I've never had one with real peanut butter (I've used PB2) but I bet it's delicious!!
