This week the kids excitement over our holiday has been building. We have spent hours on pinterest looking at snowmen,
and general picurtes of snow.
I don't think they understand that our holiday will only involved 3 days at the snow... Maybe I should start hyping up the trip to the zoo to take the focus of the snowman building...
We have been also looking at different paper craft we can do. I am totally loving just how much they are getting into craft activities. Next on our list is to make a village of these.
We have our supplies so we will hopefully build them today.
Something else that is totally random but oh so cute. A few weeks ago my Mum bought over an chicken egg to show the kids. It was tiny, like maybe 3cm long... Well away, the kids promply put it in the fridge and I forgot about it until yesterday. I was making some fried rice with some leaftover rice from the nice before and grapped some eggs out of the fridge and found it.
|Please ignore the frumpy old frying pan, I have had it since I left home at 18!|
The yolk was the size of my nail on my pinky finger! It was so cute. I even carried the pan outside to B to show him. My neighbours must of wondered what the hell I was doing as he was out the front cleaning our retaining wall.
